Hi! I’m Youp, a passionate director of photography / cinematographer based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Thanks to my year-long experience in (offline) editing, I approach shoots in a unique way. I’m always looking for beautiful light, fresh angles, sweet transitions and dynamic ways to tell the story with the edit already in mind.

I have shot numerous music, sports and fashion videos and am now primarily focusing on narrative, commercial and documentary.

I'm a really hands-on kind of guy, who goes the extra mile and doesn't fit in the 9-5 mentality. I'm very flexible, open-minded and always aim to bring good energy to set.
